Britney Nicoline Kuhn

This is a project in which we had to create a marketing campaign for Valentino. We had to come up with an overall idea to promote the brand, I chose evening gowns, and then explain three above the line marketing techniques used to promote the idea, in which advertising, celebrity endorsement and retail settings were chosen. The project also enabled us to create a time-line of the campaign as well as explaining how the techniques will be used and how they use AIDA tool.

A lot of theory was presented in this project but there was also a focus on presentation and making it visual. Various images were used as well as a red boarder to create fluidity throughout the whole report and link to Valentino’s brand.

This was a project I really enjoyed which enabled me to further my understanding of marketing techniques used in fashion.
